"We PCSed to Sierra Vista after 8 years overseas. While we were interested in State Farm based on our prior experience, we were looking for a local agent to help address our multiple needs (automobiles and homeowners). Mark Gregory Olguin was highly recommended, and we now know why. Mark and Alicia were responsive, professional, and extremely helpful as we initiated coverage for our vehicles and home. "Avoid this agent. Last year when I received water damage in my home from the storms, I emailed my agent. This was a mistake as he never got around to talking to me, only his assistant. I was told that I had to get estimates for the damage and do all the legwork before contacting them again. When I called State farm the corporation they informed me that this was not the case and that they would send out somebody immediately. Either I'm not a big enough deal for them or maybe it's sloth but this agent and his office didn't deem it necessary to do their job when it came to me and my home."
